These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Subscription Terms and Conditions”) govern the terms, manner and conditions of a digital subscription to the paid version of https://newday.bg/, which provides access to our long-form analytical news through a one-off payment for an annual subscription (hereinafter referred to as “Subscription(s)” for brevity).
The Customer/Subscriber’s acceptance of these Subscription Terms and Conditions, together with the Terms and Conditions for Use and Privacy Policy of the https://newday.bg/ website, constitute a CONTRACT between the Customer/Subscriber and Innovation Starter Box Ltd.

These Subscription Terms and Conditions provide information about who we are, how we provide Subscriptions, what is the subject of the Subscription Agreement, how can the Subscription Agreement be amended or terminated, what to do in case of a problem, and other important information related to the https://newday.bg/ website.
By paying for a Subscription, the Customer/Subscriber agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments thereto.
Innovation Starter Box Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer/Subscriber’s access to a Subscription at any time, or unilaterally terminate the contract with the Customer/Subscriber, if the Customer/Subscriber breaches the Subscription’s Terms and Conditions, and/or the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the https://newday.bg/ website.
Innovation Starter Box Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally change these Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, and reserves the right to do so without the consent of the Customer/Subscriber. Any amendments to the Subscription Terms and Conditions will be applicable from publishing them on the https://newday.bg/ website, and Innovation Starter Box Ltd. Is obliged to publish such changes on the https://newday.bg/ website, together with notice of any amendments.
Definitions
The following terms used in this document shall have the following meanings:
‘Website’ – the website owned by Innovation Starter Box Ltd.: https://newday.bg/;
‘The Company’ – Innovation Starter Box Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register and Register of the with the UIC 202912458;
‘Customer/Subscriber’ – any natural person or legal entity that uses paid access to the information part of the website through registration.

Description of the paid service Subscription
The annual subscription to the long-form analytical news on the https://newday.bg/ website is valid for one calendar year (from January 1st to December 31st), regardless of whether it is concluded at the beginning, middle and/or end of the year. The subscription is renewable by paying the subscription fee for each subsequent calendar year.
Subscription
In order to purchase a Subscription, you need to complete an electronic order registration form to purchase a Subscription to the Website. You must provide us with complete, accurate, current and truthful information in each of the fields marked as obligatory on the order form. By providing the details required to pay to Innovation Starter Box Ltd. for the Subscription, you represent that you have the right to purchase a Subscription and make payment accordingly.

Payment is made through the system operator for financial settlement integrated in the website https://newday.bg/, namely:

Subscription Term and Terms of Use of the Subscription
Subscription to https://newday.bg/ is an annual subscription only.
Subscription Price
The Subscription price is advertised on https://newday.bg/ and updated from time to time. The price of the annual subscription for 2025 is BGN 9.90 incl. VAT/ EUR 5.11 and is payable in one lump sum upon conclusion of the Subscription.
Termination of Subscription
- The Customer/Subscriber may cancel a Subscription purchased online within 14 days of the Subscription commencing by sending an email to office@innovationstarter.bg without the need to provide a reason for cancellation.If the subscription is cancelled within 14 days, the Customer/Subscriber receives a full refund.
- The Subscription will terminate upon expiration of its final term, unless is renewed for the particular case.
- Except as provided hereinabove, you may terminate your Subscription by sending an email to office@newday.bg, if you do not agree to an amendment to these Subscription Terms and Conditions that we have notified you of, including a price change for a subsequent calendar year that directly affects your Subscription. If you terminate your Subscription pursuant to the preceding provision, the amount pertaining to the remainder of the Subscription Term is non-refundable.
- In the event that we discontinue providing the Subscription without cause, you have the right to terminate your Subscription for cause for which we are responsible. In this case, the amount for the remainder of the Subscription period will be refunded to you to a bank account provided by you.
Miscellaneous
If any term, provision or clause of these Subscription Terms and Conditions, which are interpreted as a subscription agreement with the Customer, is held to be invalid or inequitable, this shall not affect the validity of any other term, provision or clause.
Innovation Starter Box Ltd. shall not be liable for any claims, losses, penalties, damages, costs or expenses arising out of the use or inability to use the Subscription as electronic service, or any action taken or omitted to be taken as a result of such use or inability to use.
All matters not covered by these Subscription Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable Bulgarian law.
These Subscription Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2025.
