Hamas released the 20 hostages alive
The tragedy began like this. On October 7, 2023, Palestinian armed groups led by Hamas launched a full-scale attack on Israel from the Gaza Strip, breaking through the barrier between Gaza and Israel and storming through Gaza’s border crossings into nearby Israeli settlements and military installations. Hamas called the operation “Al-Aqsa Storm.”
Today, Donald Trump landed in Israel at the same time that it was announced that the first captives were already on Israeli territory. This comes two years after the brutal attack.
Earlier today, Hamas published a list of the names of the 20 living Israeli hostages who were released as part of the first phase of the agreement with Israel.
