On 5 October 2026, a national forum entitled ‘The Teacher as a Model of a Successful Person’ will be held in Sofia
The system in our private schools and educational institutions works successfully. But there is one condition: that the teachers working within this system believe in it and develop it further. There are many new ways of thinking – I’m talking about neuroscience and its role in memory and learning; I’m talking about the ADI model – lesson design and the whole process from setting goals to reporting on high results, and the tools needed to achieve this. I’m talking about meaningfulness, but above all the teacher’s desire to seek it out and apply it. Change will come if teachers never stop seeking and learning, so that they can achieve high results with their pupils. They must learn not only about teaching methods, but also how to develop as leaders for their pupils and as inspirers of learning.
