Morality is a person’s or society’s idea of what is right or wrong, especially in regards to a person’s behavior. But morality is not synonymous with “goodness” and “rightness” because, like any other phenomenon and human concept, it is contextual. It has evolved over the centuries and can mean different things for each era relative to historical discourse.
