What does Bulgarian society think about Global Warming?
The survey was conducted in the period 17 – 23 February 2025 among 1000 adult Bulgarian citizens from all over the country.
Stratified sampling (random within strata) was used, implemented in several steps. The strata used are: locality, gender and age group. The distribution of respondents by strata is consistent with the data from the last census (2021). Settlements are typed into three categories: district centres, other towns and villages. In the sample, district centres are fixed first, and then small towns and villages in the respective district are randomly selected. Within each nest, the sex-age distribution is balanced according to the NSI data from the last census. The sample thus constructed reproduces the population structure by residence, sex and age.
